1. Acceptance of terms

By installing and using the StyloQR extension, you agree to these Terms of Use and to our Privacy Policy.

2. Service description

StyloQR offers a free plan and a Pro plan (one-time payment of $9.90), as described on the pricing page. Pro is a one-time payment of $9.90: your license stays active for as long as StyloQR is available, and updates to Pro features are included. Features in each plan may be updated over time, with the core features of the free plan being maintained.

3. Payment and refunds

The Pro Plan is sold as a one-time payment, processed by ExtensionPay and Stripe. We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee: if you're not satisfied, email us within 7 days of your purchase at support@styloqr.com and we'll issue a full refund, no questions asked. This does not affect any additional rights you may have under the consumer protection laws of your country.

4. Permitted use

You agree not to use StyloQR to generate QR Codes for illegal or fraudulent purposes, or that lead to malicious content, phishing, or that violate the rights of third parties.

5. Intellectual property

StyloQR, its code, design, and brand are the property of Lfcs Softwares. The content you generate (QR Codes, uploaded logos) remains your property.

6. Disclaimer of warranties

StyloQR is provided "as is." We do not guarantee that every generated QR Code will scan successfully with 100% of readers or cameras, especially with extreme combinations of color, logo, or animation. We recommend always testing a QR Code before using it in production or print.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, StyloQR and Lfcs Softwares will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits, lost data, or losses caused by a QR Code that fails to scan or that is printed or distributed with errors. Our total liability for any claim related to the extension is limited to the amount you paid for the Pro Plan. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any right or liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law, including your rights as a consumer.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms occasionally. Continued use of the extension after changes implies agreement with the new terms.
